Go to place , been here couple of times & didnโt disappoint . Highly recommend for KFC lovers for all spicy & sweet sauces of choice to enhance the fried chicken . We had the hot & spicy boneless chicken , freshly made & top notch flavours . Kimchi fries were perfectly sliced & great kimchi taste . Would suggest dining in than delivery for fresh & hot serve . Great dessert & SOJU options . Friendly manager
Had such a great meal at BAN BAN! ๐คฉ The kimchi pancake was spot on and the fried chickenโcrispy, juicy perfection ๐๐ฅ Kim was super attentive and friendly, even checking in when we shared some chicken with the next table (we have tiny appetites ๐ ). Love it when service comes with genuine care. Highly recommend! ๐ฐ๐ท
The food was really good, especially the Korean fried chicken โ crispy and flavorful! The owner, Alan, was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience even better.
5 star food at 2 star prices! Service was pretty good too! Not much on menu but what they have they make very well. We had fried chicken - large, crunchy, tasty and moist meat. The robboki was fabulous. Noodles was comfort good and the sauce was not so overpowering bor hot that you can't appreciate anything else. So in love with this place.
Okay so this was my first experience here with my friend who's been a lot and she had said this place was really really good and the chicken was delicious. The food and chicken was really good and really tasty, we had gotten the Boneless fried chicken (Yakult) which was really good, was really flavourful and juicy and the chicken was nice and tender. We also got the Korean Rice bowl with chicken which was also really nice. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the customer service made my friend and I quite uncomfortable. When we were ready to order, an older man took our order. He continuously said that we should share and looked surprised that we wanted something each. I felt very uncomfortable and almost fat shamed in a way as I am mid sized whereas my friend is a size 8! He had said "I'm not judging" even though it was quite obvious he was, as he urged us to share. When receiving our food they were just average sizes especially the rice bowl, they way the server made it sound was that it was huge, even when I asked how big it was he said it was decent but more of a share size which it definitely wasn't. Not to mention the boneless chicken had 8-10 pieces which my friend was happy to eat on her own. Anyways it was uncomfortable at first but the food itself was enjoyable, I would like to come back here but maybe I'll check out the ban ban in Rundle mall instead. Unfortunately they are only open till 5pm not late.
