I’m currently in Cairns on holiday and was on the hunt for a go-to coffee spot. Having never tried Vietnamese coffee before, my partner and I decided to give Annees a go—and we’re so glad we did. Over the past three days, we’ve had two coffees here every day and will absolutely keep coming back. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is perfect, and the coffee itself reflects a real dedication to quality and care for customers. I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

Annees is a gem! I stopped in for an iced coffee and was absolutely thrilled. I got the traditional, and it was perfectly made: the right amount of sweet to make it refreshing, but still with a bold, strong coffee flavor that really came through. It wasn't watered down or overly milky, just a genuinely tasty brew. Beyond the drink, the staff was friendly and the place had a nice, chill vibe that made it a great place to hang out if you want. Came on a Monday so the market behind wasn't open. If I were staying in Cairns longer, I would absolutely be back for another one tomorrow! Highly recommend stopping here.

Came here on the recommendation from the boys from Wolf Lane as they have a Gin using her coffee. Their Iced Vietnamese Coffee is a stand out.

I stopped by ANNEES and had such a great experience. I tried their Nutty Hazelnut, a Mocha, and of course their traditional ANNEES – and every single one was spot on! The Nutty Hazelnut had the perfect balance of sweetness and richness, the Mocha was smooth and comforting, and the traditional ANNEES really lived up to its name – simple, bold, and delicious. Special thanks to Matthieu, one of the staff members, who recommended I check this place out. He was absolutely right – it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the service is quick, and you can really tell they care about quality. The atmosphere here is relaxed but vibrant, making it the perfect spot whether you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee or just grab one on the go. With such amazing drinks and service, ANNEES has definitely become one of my go-to coffee spots in Cairns. Highly recommend!

Charlotte and Elyra were super nice and helpful! We are from the United States, first time in Australia. They made our experience an amazing one. They cut up a fresh mango for us, from the market down the street. Their coffee and mocha was also delicious! Highly recommend.
